Cooking system
Our marshmallow/cotton candy production line’s advanced cooking system is a key link in producing high-quality marshmallow candy, ensuring that each marshmallow candy has a soft and pure taste.
Our cooking system adopts the latest technology and process, combined with precise temperature control and stirring equipment, to ensure that the syrup reaches the ideal state during the cooking process.
Inflating system
The egg beater plays the role of an inflator in the production process of marshmallow, introducing air by stirring and beating the syrup to make it fluffy. This method requires operators to insert the egg beater into the syrup at an appropriate stage and control the amount and time of inflation during the stirring process to obtain the desired cotton sugar texture and taste.
The advantage of using an egg beater as an inflator is that it is relatively simple and cost-effective. It can achieve inflation effect on semi-automatic production lines and can be adjusted as needed.
Depositors
Our marshmallow candy depositing machine can produce various marshmallow candy products by using different molds:
- Traditional monochrome or multi-color marshmallow
- Sandwich marshmallow, such as jelly or chocolate filling
- Special shaped marshmallow, such as animals, flowers, balls, etc
