SINOFUDE is proud to develop the model TMHT600/900/1200 Full automatic marshmallow processing line that is a complete plant for continuously producing various kinds of cotton candies (marshmallow), which comes in a variety of colors and shapes.Alternative with depositor and extruder, the center filled marshmallow and twist type or carton shape multi color marshmallow can be made in the same line.

Cooking system
Our marshmallow/cotton candy production line’s advanced cooking system is a key link in producing high-quality marshmallow candy, ensuring that each marshmallow candy has a soft and pure taste.
Our cooking system adopts the latest technology and process, combined with precise temperature control and stirring equipment, to ensure that the syrup reaches the ideal state during the cooking process.
Inflating system
Our cotton candy inflator is one of the key equipment on the production line. It injects air or carbon dioxide gas to make cotton candy light and fluffy, adding a unique taste and appearance. Our inflator features precise control and efficient production, ensuring that each marshmallow has a consistent fluffiness and taste, meeting market demand. We also pay attention to the safety and hygiene standards of equipment to ensure the quality of the production process and food safety.
Extruding system
Our marshmallow candy extrusion machine can create single-color or multi-color cotton candy, as well as filled, twisted, or various shaped variations.
Depositors
Our marshmallow candy depositing machine can produce various marshmallow candy products by using different molds:
- Traditional monochrome or multi-color marshmallow
- Sandwich marshmallow, such as jelly or chocolate filling
- Special shaped marshmallow, such as animals, flowers, balls, etc
